Sherine Farouk Ghoneim is Director of Communications and Policy Outreach at the Economic Research Forum (ERF). She was serving as the ERF Acting Managing Director, until August 2020. Prior to that she was Director of the Global Development Network Cairo Office and Director of GDNet - a worldwide program supporting Research Communications from and for the Global South. She holds a Master’s degree from Boston University and a Ph.D. degree from The Management School, Imperial College, UK. Her research interests are focused on strategic adoption of digital and disruptive technologies, e-government and development.
