Maya Goldman is a Research-in Use fellow in the GDN’s Fiscal Policy and Development Programme, and an economist researcher at the Southern African Labour and Development Research Unit at the University of Cape Town. She consults on fiscal incidence work for various International Organisations such as the AFD, the WB, and the Commitment to Equity Institute. She was previously an ODI Fellow in the Ministry of Finance in Timor-Leste and has a masters in Public Policy and Development from Toulouse School of Economics.
