Dr. Hermann NDOYA, is a researcher in Economics and Finance. He obtained a Ph.D in Economic Policy Analysis in November 2021 at the University of Dschang (Cameroon). He is currently a researcher at the Faculty of Economic and Management of the University of Yaounde II-Soa (Cameroon). Dr. NDOYA’s research field revolve around financial inclusion, innovations, gender analysis, fiscal policies, governance and institutions and applied econometrics. He has participated in numerous international conferences in economics, including GLOBELICS, African Economics Conference (AEC). He has also published several papers in international peer-reviewed journals such as Applied Economics, African Development Review, Applied Economics Letter, Economics Bulletin
