Camille Barras is a Ph.D. candidate in Politics and International Studies at the University of Cambridge. She previously worked for UN, bilateral, research and non-governmental agencies in the field of public governance. Her interests encompass intergovernmental relations, state-citizen relations and, more generally, the intersection between international development research and practice.
