Alou Adessé Dama is a Research Officer at FERDI. He has a PhD in economics from CERDI/University of Clermont Auvergne. His research is in areas of development economics and public finance. During his Ph.D, he worked as Research Consultant at the office of the Chief Economist for MENA at the World Bank, and at the Office of the Chief Economist and Vice President of the African Development Bank.
