Dr Abdul Malik Iddrisu is an Economist, specialising in the area of Development Economics and Policy. Currently, he is the Country Adviser for Ghana under the TaxDev programme at the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), London, UK. He holds a Ph.D. degree in Development Economics from the University of Ghana. His research focuses on Applied Microeconometrics and General Equilibrium Modelling using CGE and Microsimulation modules. Some of the issues covered in his research are access to finance (or financial inclusion) and education, welfare analysis, and the developmental impacts of tax and subsidy policies.
